A carpet was the inspiration behind the Carpet Lounge Chair. The upholstery hides the construction and wooden legs seem to have been forced through the seat.

Prize winning bar stool in leather

Spin is a chair series designed by Staffan Holm. The series consists of a stackable stool and a bar stool. The Spin stool has won the Furniture of the Year award by the Swedish magazine Sköna Hem. It comes with an upholstered seat in fabric or leather.

Dan Buhrén Möbler to pay 500 000

In a verdict at Eksjö district court Dan Buhrén Möbler has been judged to pay 100 000 kronor in fine and the lawsuit costs of 400 000 kronor. The company has been forbidden to manufacture or sell chairs that are similar to Swedese's Lamino.

Byggreolen, Mogens Koch's shelving system was made 1930 and is still in production. Today it's also available in oak and ash tree.

The Stokke chair was designed in 1965 and has since then been hard to find. It was made by the Danish designer Jens Quistgaard (1919 - 2008) and is now relaunched.

For the Milan Design Week the design company Nendo made a uniform collection of furniture for the bathroom. The design is minimalistic and throughout the whole collection they have used light wood shaped in sharp lines and hard corners.

Børge Mogensen was a danish designer who lived between 1914-1972. His collection 22-series from 1963 consisted of a wing chair, armchair, stool and sofa in black and untreated leather. The 22-series is now relaunched in velour.

Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou has designed "Spine", a collection of indoors furniture. A distinct y-shaped steel piece in the load-bearing parts stabilizes the structure of the item and gives the collection its name.

Lapo and Meritalia have created a sofa which tributes to Fiat 500. THe sofa has a steel perimeter that reproduces the frontal part of the 70's Fiat 500.
