A three in one product.

Inspired by a common household object, Moving preserves its appearance but ironically changes the substance. A bucket thus becomes a stool or a low table, depending on the functional requirements.

The product is designed by Gabriele Pezzini for Maxdesign.

Nomono is a series of office furniture for open plan offices. They have integrated cable boxes, covered sides and several compartments for storage. The furniture is designed by Fredrik Mattson.

According to Cosentino the color of the year is orange. They have developed a bench top and a kitchen cabinet in this color. The material is Silestone, which consists of 90 percent quarts.

Exchangeable colors

The Contrast cups are developed by the industrial designer Hans Christian Gjedde. The soft and colorful coat of silicone can be changed to another one in another color.

Luca Nichetto wanted to express movement and emotion when he designed these bathroom acessories. The lines are playful and the colors are stark. They can easily be moved around to give a splash of color to various parts of the bathroom.

For the Milan Design Week the design company Nendo made a uniform collection of furniture for the bathroom. The design is minimalistic and throughout the whole collection they have used light wood shaped in sharp lines and hard corners.

Børge Mogensen's old collection in new shape

Børge Mogensen was a danish designer who lived between 1914-1972. His collection 22-series from 1963 consisted of a wing chair, armchair, stool and sofa in black and untreated leather. The 22-series is now relaunched in velour.

A steel "spine" stabilizes the structure

Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou has designed "Spine", a collection of indoors furniture. A distinct y-shaped steel piece in the load-bearing parts stabilizes the structure of the item and gives the collection its name.

Italo Rota and Alessandro Pedretti have designed Pillowcase, a sofa padded with many smaller cushions in a patchwork pattern, instead of a few large ones. The cushions are modular and the sofa is available in several colors.

Peter Svarrer has given life to old marmalade jars and created new modern glass ware. The jars have been melted down and reforged into bowls, jars and glasses and colored streaks runs through the glass to add a sense of the northern lights.
