Transforming traditional shapes

Doosey is a new lamp designed by Monica Singer and Marie Rahm, who together form the design studio Polka.
Doosey takes the iconic shape of a classic lampshade, and by re-assembling it and turning it upside down, transforms it to an enlivened new generation of shade, familiar and yet pleasantly surprising. The pure white fabric highlights the bold silhouette.
The lamp is manufactured by Innermost, the London and Hong Kong based lighting and accessories design house.
