Last week Svenskt Tenn presented the new pattern Aramal, which was designed by Josef Frank in the Forties, but was never in production.
– Aramal is the name of a beach in Spain, but why Frank chose to name his pattern by this name we don´t know. The pattern was created almost 70 years ago but is still considered modern, says Thommy Bindefeld, marketing manager at Svenskt Tenn.
For the launch, the pattern is only avaliable by the meter, in 100% linen. Josef Frank left behind about 160 textile patterns for Svenskt Tenn. The range is uppdated regulary and certain patterns get to rest for a while, in benefit of other.
